HOW TO ARRIVE
- For those arriving from Genova, the best solution with the easiest road is to exit the motorway at the Levanto-Carrodano tollbooth and follow the route of the map passing through Levanto. > MAP
-For those arriving from other directions, it is advisable to leave the motorway at Santo Stefano di Magra, cross La Spezia and follow the signs for the Cinque Terre. > MAP
Given the difficulty in taking the last stretch of road, panoramic but very narrow and winding, some visitors prefer to park in the underground parking lots of > LA SPEZIA STAZIONE CENTRALE railway station -cost of 38/44 euros a day- or, for those coming from the north, in long-term parking lots closed the train station of > LEVANTO STAZIONE FERROVIARIA - 38/44 euros day- and take the Train Cinque Terre Express to Vernazza for the price of 5/10 euros for person depending on the period.

WHERE TO PARK
Vernazza and the other villages of the Cinque Terre are pedestrianized, due to the particular conformation of the territory once you arrive it is not convenient to use the car but trains, boats and trails.
In Vernazza there are some free parking spaces and two parking lots, all located one kilometer before the town:
FREE PARKING SPOTS
it is possible to park for free on the street side (not in the spaces with yellow lines as they are reserved for residents) exclusively on the street side opposite the VERNAZZA PARKING. Since there are few spaces available, it is very rare to find parking in the high season.
PARKING VERNASSOAWITH ESPRESS FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Price: 20 Euro for day.
Is the first you meet on the left coming from San Bernardino, recognizable by the numerous flags of the European nations and the large FREE SHUTTLE writing. This car park in summer is managed from 8:00am to 7:00pm while after closing time it is necessary to make specific arrangements to be welcomed and accompanied to the village expressly at an extra cost.
